Debreeca Byrd was born and raised on the west side of Detroit. She has two children, a boy and a girl, and wanted to live in a safe area. Debreeca really liked the Grandmont Rosedale area of Detroit and even took her kids trick-or-treating there in past years. She did not imagine she would someday live there. In October 2012, Debreeca closed on her dream home using the Fresh Opportunity Mortgage from OppFund.
